“I build websites that are affordable and effective,
easy to navigate and maintain,
Search Engine friendly and pleasing to the eye”
– Bryan Thompson

My portfolio contains two types of sites, those that I build for clients and my own personal sites which are for Affiliate Niche Marketing. I build sites using a combination of platforms, xSitePro and WordPress. Thank you for taking the time to view my work. If you like what you see and would like to improve your web presence, please give me a call at 813.431.1100 or send me an email, and I’ll hook you up.

Aaron is a musician, producer, songwriter, recording engineer and Event DJ.  He had a total of four websites to showcase his two CD’s, recording business and event DJ business. None of the sites were working for him.

I wrote about Aaron in my “Embracing the Internet” post.  Aaron was ready to try his hand at learning  Dreamweaver and attempt to pull his websites together.

Thankfully, Aaron took my advice. The website was developed using WordPress with a customized Thesis Theme (www.diythesis.com).  I was able to put the framework for his site up over a weekend (as long as it would take to install Dreamweaver).  Now Aaron can concentrate on making music instead of building websites.

This is a case study site to demonstrate SEO techniques of BruteForce SEO.  This site was created around a specific set of niche Keywords.  The purpose was to show how quickly a good-looking site could be built that  was very SEO friendly. This site was developed using WordPress.  The  Thesis  Theme  (www.diythesis.com) used because of its built in SEO capabilities.

Phil has an extensive collection of high-end lefty guitars. This site was developed to showcase & trade his unique collection of instruments.  This site integrates with a Smugmug photo gallery.

Original Site: PanchosLeftys.com

xSitePro v.2 | Custom Theme

Phil’s original lefty guitar site was developed using xSitePro. The site was upgraded to a WordPress platform to take advantage of the dynamic nature instead of a static html site.

Phil wanted to be able to maintain the site himself. He is not interested in learning a software package.

As an artist I knew that if I were to design my web site for lefty guitars that it could possibly take many hours, if not weeks, to arrive at an acceptable and appealing graphic layout. I felt that getting online asap was much more important than tweaking fonts, headers, and logos. I trusted Bryan to create my entire website layout so I could focus on putting the business together. His first draft is what was used and I get many nice compliments on the total look and ease of navigation at Pancho’s Leftys. What more could I ask for? More often than not the compliments on the looks of the site are the first things my clients mention. Working with Bryan to make additions or changes in general is pleasant and upbeat. The cherry on top is his budget pleasing affordability. You get the whole package when you enlist his services. I couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Bryan to anyone seeking to put their best foot forward when it comes to a web presence. Phil ‘Pancho’ Wolinski, owner of Pancho’s Leftys

Dr. Gary Ginsberg, aka Dr. G,  is a toxicology expert and has written the book “What’s Toxic, What’s Not”. His original website was a “Website Tonight” package by GoDaddy.  Maintenance of his website was very cumbersome and limited. It also looked very unprofessional and was near impossible t navigate. We upgraded him to a WordPress platform to give him a website presence that he could maintain himself.

Bryan – thanks for being so patient and such a mensch with me. – Dr. Gary Ginsberg, Hartford, Connecticut

Mario is a certified Thai Massage Therapist. He has expanded his massage therapies into Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Hatha Yoga.  We developed his original site for “Marios Massage” in 2005. In 2008, he expanded his business and Satori Touch was created. Kelly Callendar created his print brochures for both businesses. Our task was to replicate the design in a website format. xSitepro was used in both cases because of the design control that is not available using WordPress. Marios Massage (2005) was developed using xSitepro version 1.  Satori Touch is built is using xSitepro version 2, and has many new added design features.

Bryan Thompson designed my website and the results were great. I
always receive compliments on how user-friendly it is and how
professional it looks. Exceptional websites require the eye of a
graphic designer combined with the knowledge of a programmer. Bryan
blends both these talents to create masterful websites. He has a
genuine desire to make your website a success. Plus, he’s just a great
guy to work with.

Kathy has two related businesses. She is a body/mind counselor and teaches Hatha Yoga in Birmingham, Michigan. Two sites were created for her to target each business niche.  YogaBreathWork.com is her main site. This was developed using xSitepro v.1.  MeditativeHathaYoga.com is a ‘brochure’ Landing site. All of the links point back to pages on her main site. This is a custom coded site using Anfyflash effects.

I had worked with another website designer who still left all the work up to me. When Bryan helped me design my site he really understood what I was trying to do and did an amazing job of turn my words in a beautiful visual and functional website. Thanks Bryan!
