How This Can Increase Blogging Traffic
The key is the little drop-down labeled ‘Paragraph’. When you write posts, you should be trying to target keyword phrases - words and phrases that people search for. With this post I’m trying to target the keyword ‘blogging traffic’. When trying to target a keyword, it will really help if you place it in a special tag called a ‘heading’. The drop-down labeled ‘Paragraph’ will allow you to do this.The first thing you will have do to is actually write a heading, just like I did when I wrote ‘How This Row Can Increase Blogging Traffic’ (it should be appearing as a large title above). It’s basically just a subtitle that you use on the page. Make sure you add you keyword into the heading. You will then highlight your heading and click the drop-down, selecting ‘Heading 2′. Don’t use Heading 1 because that is for the main title of the page, and in WordPress blogs it is already being used.
Using this little trick will help your posts to get ranked in a higher location in Google for the keywords you’re trying to target. (For best results you should also put the keyword in the title of your post.) A higher location in Google will always mean more traffic - a lot more traffic.
